Center for Disease Control Mentions Zombie Apocalypse Regarding Recent Zombie Attacks

The CDC, Center for disease control in the U.S. has come out and announced that there is no such zombie virus or disease spreading around. All of the recent zombie like and cannibal attack incidents are cause of something else on an individual case by case basis.

Some say it's spiritual and evil or the devil is among us, some say it's drug related and the incidents happened as a result of narcotics or the popular rumor of  "bath salts", and some have just called them psychotic episodes of crazy or mentally ill individuals who have gone mad.

We shouldn't be alarmed since a zombie apocalypse is not likely.
Can someone give an explanation of all the recent incidents of people eating each other? If something were going on, and it was a small situation, it would be kept top secret by the government and health officials to prevent a nation wide panic situation from occurring.

For now, maybe we'll just keep a close eye on future events and see how they compare to the past craziness we've witnessed.

Lowpel Davis the Cannibal Shoplifter in Sassy Beauty Supply shop

Lowpel Davis, a 38 year old woman from New Haven, Connecticut. Was arrested after she showed off some zombie like cannibalistic behavior after a shoplifting gone wrong. She is accused of stealing a wig from the Sassy Beauty Supply shop and then biting off a piece of the shop owner's arm.

According to the shop owner Jongyol Lee, Davis entered the beauty supply store accompanied by a young girl and shortly after noticed a wig was missing from one of his mannequins. So he went through his surveillance tape for the hour and it revealed she stole a $15 clearance wig along with other random items and placed them in the bag she came in with.

Jongyol Lee and his staff attempted to keep her in the store and when Jongyol Lee and his elderly father approached Davis while she was walking out, she expressed a wild zombie like behavior towards them, punching both men and as they followed her for several meters she bit a chunk of Lee’s arm and spit the flesh right back into his face.

When police arrived and began arresting her she also bit the officers while intending to cuff her and place her into the patrol vehicle. The officers described Davis as wild and crazed, using the power of her legs and arms struggling to avoid being taken in.

After appearing in court she was given a bond which has been set at $150,000. Lowpel Davis was charged with several crimes, amongst them are larceny, disturbing the peace, criminal mischief, assault, and assault on police officers.

Antron Singleton the Cannibal Rapper Big Lurch Eats His Roommate Tynisha Ysais

April 9, 2002, Big Lurch (Antron Singleton) and a good friend, Thomas Moore were up all night smoking the Illegal drug PCP which is what is believed to cause Big Lurch actions of attacking and eating his roommate Tynisha Ysais...

 He was a music artist from the Hip Hop and Gangster Rap genre. Big Lurch had been using PCP as a result of being hit by a drunk driver, it supposedly helped him with the pain. Obviously, it really got control of him and took him over the edge. According to interviews, the last thing he said he remembers is that the world was going to end and he had to eliminate the devil.

This is what led him to commit the cannibalistic homicide. He said the devil was inside her and he needed to kill it. The victim Tynisha Ysais, had parts of her body consumed when police found her. Tooth marks were found on the face and lungs of the victim, which were completely torn out from her chest cavity.

When Big Lurch was found and arrested, he was naked, with blood all over him and standing in the middle of the road yelling upwards towards the sky. Just like a zombie would be found. Human flesh from Tynisha Ysias was found in his stomach after he was arrested. He pleaded insanity at court but, at sentencing on November 7 2003, Big Lurch was punished with life in prison without parole.

Worst of the Zombie Attacks in Miami Rudy Eugene attacks Ronald Poppo

Rudy Eugene a 31 year old male was the attacker of a homeless man in Miami on the MacArthur Causeway. An attack which lasted an entire 18 minutes, ending only after police shot and killed the "zombie" when he refused to stop eating the victim's face who was later identified as 65 year old Ronald Poppo.

Rudy was apparently walking down the sidewalk naked, appearing to be in a zombie-like trance he begins to drag the victim out of the shade made by the tramway bridge. He starts to rip off all of the victim's clothing and assaulting him, the poor homeless man was kicking back from the ground in an attempt to defend himself and fight off his attacker. This was a determined zombie though, and eventually had the body on the ground while ripping at the skin and enjoying his meal.

 When Miami Dade County police officer arrives on scene and approaches the cannibal, he points his gun and orders him to stop. Rudy Eugene turned around and growled at the officer like an animal from the wild and kept chewing off the man's face.

Several citizens who passed by the scene had already contacted police to report the situation before help made it there. This Video is thanks to the Miami Herald's building camera. It's not high quality, up close and in their faces, but you can see enough movement to know what's going on.

It is suspected that the attacker was under the influence of "bath salts," the nickname to a legal drug which is becoming popular this year. It contains synthetic stimulants that are still being studied by health and drug centers to find out what exactly they contain.  According to the National institute of drug abuse they can cause chest pains, dangerously high blood pressure, increased heart rate, hallucinating, delusions, extreme paranoia, and agitation.
